MICHEL BOURLET MUSEUM
At this location was the prestigious domain of Chevrette, where Madame d'Épinay received Personalities from the Enlightenment: Diderot, Grimm, Madame d'Alembert and, of course, Jean-Jacques Rousseau before they blurs. The portal is only a few large plane in the park and concierge. It is in the latter that the museum Michel Bourlet, the name of his creator, has opened since September 2012. It tells the story of Mourning-la-Barre through drawings, etchings, paintings, models and various objects. In the first room lie the shrines (1761 and 1860) that once inhabited the relics of Saint Eugène, and the monstrance which presents a tiny wrist bone that belonged to the martyr.
