Created in 2002 on the initiative of the city of Enghien-les-Bains on the old site of the Distillery Garnier, the Arts Centre - CDA (an associative stage for digital entries) is a fascinating multidisciplinary place where digital creation declines its programming at the crossroads of performing arts, plastic arts, cinema and design.
