LE CACAOTIER
This is a shop that chocolate lovers should not miss. Inside the stall of Enghien (you can also find two others in Paris and another in Rouen), you will discover the creations of the master craftsman Hubert Masse, repeatedly recognized for his expertise. This craftsman began his training with a Swiss chocolate maker in Guatemala. After Paris, London, then Australia, he settled in Enghien, accompanied by his Irish wife. In 2013, he won for the fourth time the award du Salon du Chocolat. He is also listed, by the "croqueurs de chocolat", among the twelve best chocolate makers in France. You will find Black and milk chocolate made from cocoa from the Ecuador, Venezuela and Madagascar, ganache flavoured with raspberry or passion fruit, praline puff, cherries with brandy, marzipan, truffles, glazed chestnuts, spreads, and macaroons: it is impossible to resist all these delicacies! Not to mention the magic casts of Easter or Christmas...
