It is along a busy road, in Eragny, that you will find this restaurant with a solid reputation. Run by Nathalie and Alain Merville, it is easily recognisable by its modern façade, which contrasts with the revisited classicism of the dishes. People flock here to savour traditional cuisine prepared with undeniable expertise: homemade seasonal terrine, scallop brochette with rosemary, and desserts to die for. Menus or a la carte, the whole is of excellent quality, and reservations are highly recommended, especially at weekends.

Cuisine correcte mais les serveuses ont l'air un peu débordées. L'organisation est à revoir (plateau rempli de verres sales resté longtemps sur une table sans être débarrassé par exemple). Une heure d'attente avant d'être servis. Le personnel n'a pas l'air très motivé !
