A magnificent animal discovery site in Ermont that children love, with the added bonus of excellent educational workshops.
The farm includes a grazing area and a farmyard with around 40 animals, including Guinea geese and ducks, a peacock, a Shetland pony, pigs and sheep. The main building is home to guinea pigs and various species of rabbit. At night, the chickens, goats and cow sleep here. It's also an open-access area dedicated to organic vegetable and fruit growing. Schoolchildren can observe and discover the origins of food. Note the educational workshops on eggs and hens, ecosystems and garden vegetables.
