Laundries are a fine part of our heritage and well worth a visit
Beyond the presence of rivers, several springs exist on the territory of the city. And here, as in many surrounding villages, there are many wash houses. If there were five of them a few decades ago, there are still three today, and they are well worth a look. You will find the one of the Fountain (located on rue des Blanchards), the one called "de Vincourt" (located on rue de la Fontaine bénite) and the one of the Park, which you will find on Grande rue, in the heart of the city. Places of peace and quiet, they constitute a beautiful heritage.
