Nous nous sommes régalés avec en entrée une assiette très copieuse d'antipasti à partager, composée de légumes marinés, de charcuterie italienne variée et une belle mozzarella di buffala, exquise.
Mention spéciale à l'excellent Rissoto à la truffe. Une cuisson parfaite du risotto, des vrais morceaux de truffe (et non une huile à la truffe).
