Saline is both a fishmonger's and a restaurant. With seafood platters to choose from or compose your own, on the spot or to take away (order 48 hours in advance), "aperitif" trays as starters (shrimps, crab claws, whelks, etc.), not forgetting the oysters, obviously from Cap Ferret, and the Marennes d'Oléron: the dishes on the menu are all gourmet and well executed. You can also choose fish directly from the shoal (price by weight + 8.50 euros for cooking). Low prices for desserts!

Unbelievable restaurant. The fish is so fresh and superbly prepared. The chef and all his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and cater to your every needs. If you are in the facinity you must book a table. Thank you guys
-Produit de qualité.
-Gros point négatif: l’ambiance, silence cathédrale. Une petite musique d’ambiance serait la bien venu, serviette et set de table à améliorer.
-L’idée « aller au comptoir » pour se faire servir ne me semble pas utile.
Ça ne m’a pas fait voyagera surtout que je suis du Bassin d’Arcachon.
J ai enlevé une étoile pour le prix du vin .
