Built at the end of the 1906 th century at the request of the Parisian bourgeois Nicolas-Louis Goix, this building houses the municipal offices of Montmorency since. Situated in an area of about 13 hectares, this residence is the work of the architect Lerride. It adopts the straight lines characteristic of the neoclassical style in vogue. The estate was off from 1862 by its owner Émilien Rey de Foresta, who later became mayor of the city. The park is open at the promenade.
