LANCEAY FARM
This former manor house features a high square tower
This old manor house of the XVIth century is characterized by its high square tower. It was once offered by Henri de Bourbon, Prince of Condé, to the poet Jean de Santeuil. He had a room built on each floor of the tower, in order to raise the level of his inspiration... You can go and have a look at the place by coming to buy the good raw milk produced on the spot, the establishment raising its own cows. Original, and surprising, because the transition between the city of Cergy-Pontoise and the tranquility of the countryside is as surprising as it is quick!
