Church with Romanesque foundations but Gothic style.

Its foundations are Romanesque but its style is Gothic. The church of Saint-Pierre-aux-Liens, in the heart of the town, was built from the 13th century onwards, and has had an eventful history over the years. Destroyed during the Hundred Years War, then rebuilt, it lost its bells during the French Revolution. Surprising in more ways than one, this church has many frescoes, some of which were forgotten: some were only rediscovered at the end of 2010!
