Masterfully taken over by chef Lucas Gueguen in 2019, the Arbre Blanc is more than ever a sure thing in Pontoise. A true concept, the establishment offers on the one hand a spirits cellar and a lounge bar, but also one of the most successful tables in the city. Under a sublime air-conditioned glass roof, 80 guests can take part in a festival of flavors. Here, the bistronomy developed by the chef is declined according to a vast menu, renewed regularly, giving pride of place to carefully sourced products. A good plan? More than that!
