Masterfully taken over by chef Lucas Gueguen in 2019, the Arbre Blanc is more than ever a sure thing in Pontoise. A true concept, the establishment offers on the one hand a spirits cellar and a lounge bar, but also one of the most successful tables in the city. Under a sublime air-conditioned glass roof, 80 guests can take part in a festival of flavors. Here, the bistronomy developed by the chef is declined according to a vast menu, renewed regularly, giving pride of place to carefully sourced products. A good plan? More than that!

Service à table efficace et agréable.
Se garer à Pontoise est parfois difficile, mais ça le fait.
I could spend good time with a good product and service
My girlfriend and often me to appreciate the food and wine even if we live quite far.
I have some to talk around me and my friends popular and maintaining there go regularly. :)
And what about the wine list with small treasures that the guest the know you recommender. Do not forget to book!
