A meeting like no other. Here, the meeting of the online media Babel Voyages and the tourist office of Cergy-Pontoise allowed the pooling of two wills to create and support the No Mad Festival. This event, which was only held on the site of the tourist office, has been so successful that it is now held in about fifteen places in the agglomeration. The goal? To open up to distant, often unknown cultures. Exhibitions, movies, shows (some of them on a barge), bike rides, for all desires.
