LE MOULIN DES PATIS
The Moulin des Patis is now home to the Val-d'Oise Council of Architecture, Urbanism and Environment.
Built in the 18th century, at a time when Pontoise had many similar buildings, the Moulin des Pâtis (also called "de la couleuvre") has not had its paddle wheel for a long time, and moreover cannot be visited. Nevertheless, if your path brings you here, you can take a look: the facades and the roof of the place are classified. Today, the place hosts the Council of Architecture, Urbanism and Environment of Val-d'Oise. For the record, the mill was painted by Paul Cézanne in 1881.
