Unmissable, this museum is the reference for impressionism, of which Camille Pissarro is one of the main artists.

Named after one of the founders of Impressionism, who lived and painted in Pontoise for more than fifteen years, this museum is devoted to 19th century landscape painters. The city's rich 19th century collections - paintings and an important cabinet of graphic art - are presented in rotation. You will discover the works of Pissarro, of course, and those of other artists who stayed in the region: Piette, Luce, Caillebotte, Hayet, Daubigny, Signac... You can also discover the works of the Pissarro sons: Lucien, Georges and Ludovic.
