Located in Hall L of Terminal 2, the place is masterfully run by the immense Guy Martin. The menu, which changes twice a year, offers a mix of bistro chic and gastronomic fare, with a few burgers and desserts. With a view of the airplanes, the majestic, contemporary setting is not lacking in allure. That's why it's one of the five most photographed places in the world, according to criteria that are admittedly subjective but true. We regret, however, that the airport doesn't offer more extensive opening hours.
