Inaugurated in spring 2018, this brand new hotel of the IHG group is perfect for travellers! It is connected by shuttle bus (free of charge!) to Charles de Gaulle airport. And it takes just 15 minutes, day and night, to get from the hotel to the airport. A godsend. No more long waiting hours at the airport between connections, or waking up at dawn to board the first flight of the day. Bright, modern and warm at the same time, this hotel has all the characteristics of a holiday hotel and is located at the very opposite of the usual airport hotels for rates that remain really reasonable. With 305 rooms, it is one of the Holiday Inn Express "Next generation" hotels that meet the needs of customers particularly well. Among the significant amenities: bedheads equipped with an acoustic absorbent panel, USB ports on bedside tables, generously sized beds, a free wifi connection accessible throughout the hotel....
The Express Café & Bar is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is very convenient for travellers in case of early departure or late arrival. Nice clean room.
Our room was for 3ppl, but the room was too small that we can barely walk with our luggage aside.
Beds were comfortable, clean, modern room with everything you need. Bathroom was clean and with all the needs. Fully equipped. Loved it.
The customer service at the counter was not to good, when we arrived, the guy said that we didn't have any reservation and he asked us to make sure that it was that hotel the one we reserved.
I reserved the hotel online, and pay for it online, it was the only holiday Inn around that area, and I picked it because I had a flight in the next 2 days so I needed the closest one to the airport. So I was 100% sure that we were on the right hotel.
We were tired of our flight, and we were standing there waiting.... After a long wait.. He finally found our reservation. No apologizes from him, he just gave us the key and mentioned our room number. Kind of rude attitude.
