RESTAURANT HOSTELLERIE DU PRIEURÉ
Like any other worthy hostel, the one in the Priory has its own hostel. Top of the range, the place is first popular as an outstanding gourmet restaurant. It is difficult to define in a few lines the multiplicity of flavors: the range of culinary skills of the chief and owner, Yves Farouz, is quite simply impressive, and recognized even beyond national borders. As proof, the sea sauerkraut and its white butter, the black pig rib of Béarn or the turbot roasted with small bacon, creamy lime sauce, zucchini gratin. You will be given the list of desserts, sublime and to match the rest. Obviously, such services have a cost and, to make yourself (almost) as much pleasure at a lower price, the place also offers a bistro menu. Here, you will not be in the so-called cosy room either, but in the space also called "bistro". A must for Saint-Prix. Attention, the reservation is strongly recommended.
