It's the story of an original reconversion: this former fireman decided, after some twenty years of loyal service, to go into beer production! Judging by the quality of the beverages he produces, the brewer has mastered his craft and offers several beers: la Sannoisienne, a lightly fruity blonde; la suie, a light brown, and an IPA. All to be consumed in moderation, but consumed all the same! You can visit us or order: we deliver to several towns in the Val-d'Oise.
