La Maison du Parc is housed in a charming residence, the Château de Théméricourt, set in a six-hectare park with the Aubette River running through it. Its architecture is typical of the region's 15th-century manor houses: robust in appearance, these dwellings provided protection from the onslaught of looters. The headquarters of the Parc naturel régional du Vexin français, the Maison houses the Musée du Vexin français in the château's outbuildings, recounting 300,000 years of the region's history.
