ST QUENTIN'S CHURCH
Church of small size resembling a chapel, although it is topped by a bell tower.
Because of its small size, this church resembles a chapel, although it is topped by a bell tower. The oldest parts of the church date from the 13th century, but its origins go back at least to the 11th century. The heavy Renaissance vaults of the 16th century contrast with the pure nakedness of the Gothic choir where the painting Martha and Mary by Agostino Scilla (1679), comes from the spoils of war brought back from Italy during the Napoleonic wars. Also worth seeing are the 17th century bas-reliefs representing St. John the Baptist.
