This gourmet restaurant has a very pleasant setting with outside, a lovely terrace and a swimming pool. The interior decoration is a little more rustic with exposed beams on the ceiling. The card draws directly into the products of the market, a freshness guarantee. It is traditional and rich in ocean specialities, such as the toast of the chef and the décortiqué of husked lobster to the morels. Moreover, the vivier lobster is the speciality of the site and is in a tasting menu (87 €). But that the meat-lovers reassure themselves: We also find a famous Rossini tournedos and her pan-fried foie gras or a delicious square of roasted lamb to the thyme flower. In dessert, you will be reluctant between a sheet of tiles and red fruits and a glazed vacherin with amarena cherries. The hotel also welcomes you for family and professional receptions.

Nous avons testé le menu surprise avec un accord mets et vins avec un rapport qualité prix très correct. Un peu déçu par le dessert néanmoins, c'est dommage car c'est la note finale qui fait que nous restons un peu sur notre fin. Nous tenterons à nouveau je pense.
