Découverte pour l'anniversaire de ma grand-mère. Tout droit venue du Portugal et qui avait besoin d'une cuisine rassurante. On a tous adoré incluant les 4 générations présente de 83 ans à 9 ans. Nous vous recommandons le gésier en entrée, toutes les viandes en plat sont tendres et la morue est parfaite. N'hésitez pas à prendre le sumol en 1.5L lorsqu'il y au moins 3 enfants. L'addition est raisonnable.
