On Andrésy's Quai de Seine, look for the sign with the bell attached. Ring the bell and a speedboat will pick you up and escort you to the island opposite! Here, renowned chef Maurice Vaillant welcomes you to his table, in a charmingly bucolic guinguette setting. Here you'll discover refined, tasteful cuisine, home-made with fresh produce: hare à la Royale on occasion, sweetbreads, Aubrac meat... The cellar is exceptional (Côte Rôtie, Grange des Pères, rhum La Flibuste 1989...) and well worth the detour!

Un très bon moment passé dans ce restaurant lors d'un dîner entre amis. Les plats sont savoureux et la carte des vins est assez incroyable (le patron vous donne d'ailleurs d'excellents conseils!). Les prix sont tout à fait corrects et le cadre très agréable . Je conseille!

large disappointment for this restaurant, a sight of many positive reviews, I was packed enough with the idea to eat at the water's edge refined cuisine. , A cold and away, limiting nonchalant guests, decor veillotte. The dishes are good but not exceptional. On the other hand I stay admiring wine list even if it must be minimun expert to have something. Into terminal, which obstructed me more it is really too cold welcome. too bad
