L'Atelier Bonnouvrier is a bookbinder based in Auffargis, in the Yvelines department. It offers training, courses and workshops for book lovers and bookbinders. The workshop also runs fortnightly group workshops at Ateliers de la Cour Roland, in Jouy-en-Josas, just 4 km from Versailles. These workshops take place in the outbuildings of a former château, in the heart of a 31-hectare park planted with trees. Participants have the opportunity to learn or improve their bookbinding techniques in a friendly atmosphere, accompanied by book enthusiasts. Participants work on their own projects, such as restorations, traditional bookbinding or conservation binding.
