Behind the rustic decor of this country inn lies the promise of a successful meal, featuring fine, hearty dishes from talented chef Christophe Piat. Creative recipes are prepared with fresh produce, and change according to season and inspiration: Canadian lobster parmentier, pan-fried lamb sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce, or seafood sauerkraut with beurre blanc.
