Christophe and his son Tanguy took over Erwan's legendary restaurant in Bourdonné and turned it into a traditional bistro cooked in the oven or the fireplace. Meat and fish dishes (swordfish, eel) are served with vegetables or pasta and homemade sauces. Slates of foie gras or smoked salmon are also available. The best part is the wine selection, which you can choose from the 1,000 wines in the establishment's incredible cellar, including Romanée Conti. Don't be fooled by the pizzas on the front: there's no such thing here!

Je suit ce cuisto depuis un sacré moment et la j avais l occasion de tester
Il est fidèle à c'est vidéo naturel une cuisine de bon vivant une cave à vin exceptionnel
Sa vaut le détour aller y les yeux fermer
repas a la bonne franquette mais avec tellement de goût.
Erwan cuisine seul entièrement au feu de bois (saumon, escargots, entrecôte...plat de la carte) il est généreux et passe voir toute les tables pour discuter ???? . Les serveurs sont très agréables et serviable.
Un endroit qui mérite d'être connu ????
