One of the largest dairy farms in the Ile-de-France region
The Bissy farm is one of the largest dairy farms in Ile-de-France. Here, the 300 cows of the Prim'Holstein breed benefit from state-of-the-art breeding conditions: electronic monitoring of health, feed and production. From a specially equipped area, it is possible to observe the operation of the "floating milking parlour", the first and largest of its kind to have been set up in France: efficient, it can milk 32 ruminants in 10 minutes, i.e. 200 cows per hour!
