The Auberge des Locks cultivates originality and exoticism in its cuisine. The mix is on the agenda as the establishment offers Caribbean specialties such as the Colombo and the octopus in sauce, but also traditional dishes such as beef filet, foie gras and duck duck. The dishes are generally very well done and the service is in small onions. Like the restaurant, the hotel is skillfully mixing the mix of genres and cultures: The "French" decoration touches are subtlety to those of Africa and the Caribbean. Six rooms and two suites in total, for quite honest rates.
