The site of the Bouillons de Cernay was a favourite place for writers and artists who lived in the region in the 19th century. They came here to find the peace and quiet that would inspire them. The waterfalls and cascades follow one another, dispersing the stream of Cernay. Starting from the Moulin des Roches, which retains a sheet of water, you enter the undergrowth following the river strewn with rocks, to reach the pond of Cernay - former fishing reserve created by the monks. The walk offers a thousand peaceful places to picnic.
