Former inn with panoramic terrace. Multi-flavored gourmet cuisine by Norman chef Philippe Delaune.

An old rustic inn, elegantly decorated in black and white, with a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the Chevreuse Valley. Norman chef Philippe Delaune offers gourmet cuisine of many flavors, with just the right amount of inventiveness. For starters, a tempura of brains, apples and zucchini roasted with comté cheese; followed by a roast sea bass with pumpkin millefeuille; and for dessert, a paris-brest with roasted hazelnuts. Attentive service and a perfect pace, for which we have very fond memories!

Tout est top, le cadre très belle terrasse très agréable, le service assuré par des serveurs attentionnés et de bons conseils.
Quant à cuisine, un délice de l entrée au dessert.
