L'OS À MOELLE
Thanks to a reputation forged year after year, L'Os à Moelle is undoubtedly the most authentic restaurant of the region. The owner and his team warmly welcome you in their vast building with the charm of yesteryear, exposed beams and intimate atmosphere in bonus. If the restaurant is impressive, the interior is made in such a way that you have the impression to have a little place belonging to you. You can choose the main dining room with its impressive fireplace (where the food you will find five minutes later in your plate is grilled under your watchful eye), the bar, more ventilated; or the beautiful terrace on sunny days. As for the dish (note that everything is fresh and seasonal), there is something to satisfy the fine gulf as big eaters: after a homemade terrine or foie gras depending on the mood of the chef, it is hard to resist the speciality of the house: bone marrow! In addition to the inevitable rib steak with marrow and Guérande salt, the chef adapts his recipe depending on the season, for example the gratin with oyster mushrooms version. For dessert, you can choose the fabulous profiteroles or the gourmet coffee accompanied by French toast with gingerbread! An address of quality that you leave with a satisfied stomach!
