Traditional breads and 15 speciality breads, including seasonal pumpkin seed bread and chestnut flour bread. Organic miller's flour and red label. Fine French pastries, including the signature Hérichoux, viennoiseries and other cakes to order. Local delicatessen. A baker who puts a lot of energy into satisfying his customers, and it shows.
