Once a foot placed in the service room of La Rose des Sables begins the journey: The arabesques running on the walls respond harmoniously to the ceiling and its chestnut finish, making it think of wood lace. The reception is warm and the map makes a beautiful share of oriental specialties, the chef's couscous in star flat! Tajines, skewers and meeks are of course at the meeting and desserts are small wonders. Finally, a beautiful selection of wines from Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and France.

Pour ce dimanche midi, nous sommes arrivés à 2 personnes sans réservation. Le restaurant était plein.
Nous avons attendu un peu, mais les plats étaient supers : tajine Kefta et coucous poulet merguez. Généreux, goûteux et copieux rien à redire. Service très agréable et belle ambiance !
Nous avons passé un bon moment.
La prochaine fois nous réserverons... juste pour être sûr de pouvoir se régaler à nouveau ! ????

Nous commandons toujours à emporter le couscous méchoui et le tajine agneau pruneau, et nous nous régalons toujours autant. Les plats sont excellents et les portions généreuses.
