Once a foot placed in the service room of La Rose des Sables begins the journey: The arabesques running on the walls respond harmoniously to the ceiling and its chestnut finish, making it think of wood lace. The reception is warm and the map makes a beautiful share of oriental specialties, the chef's couscous in star flat! Tajines, skewers and meeks are of course at the meeting and desserts are small wonders. Finally, a beautiful selection of wines from Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and France.

Le couscous que mon mari avait choisi était parfait cependant la viande de sa brochette un peu trop cuite, de mon côté très déçue du tajine d’´agneau deux gros morceaux d’agneau très cuits , et difficile à découper , la sauce était parfaite. Dommage
