Museum with one of the richest and most diversified collections of inland waterway marine artefacts
Founded in 1965 by Louise Weiss, the first doyenne of the European Parliament, this museum, housed in the Château du Prieuré, is ideally located in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, the national capital of small-scale inland navigation. The museum's collections are the richest and most diversified in France in terms of the river navy, and include numerous documents. As you wander through the rooms, you'll discover a beautiful museography and an educational approach that makes the whole accessible to all.

L’exposition du musée en elle même est quelque peu décevante.
