THE POINTIL

One of the most charming spots in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, where you'll find the monument to the veterans of the Batellerie.
Perhaps one of the most charming places to stroll in Conflans, the Pointil is a small triangular piece of land facing the Seine and Oise rivers. A natural formation resulting from the confluence of the two rivers, it's here that the monument to Batellerie veterans stands (where the annual Pardon National de la Batellerie ceremonies are held). Opposite Le Pointil, the Ile de Nancy is home to a feathered fauna: swans, seagulls, cormorants and moorhens. The Andrésy sluice dam can also be seen here.
