Cavern in Crespières with a menu of traditional pancakes, classic and special pancakes.
It is in a 17th century postal relay of the downtown that the Cave of the artists call home. The exposed stones and cordial tones of the large room invite you to relax. Side menu, you deal with local and season. Among buckwheat pancakes, the recipes vary between "traditional" (Emmental-andouille de Guéméné) with "complete" (3 to 6 ingredients with choice) going through the "special" like Léonard de Vinci (goat, roquefort and walnut) or Daniel Guichard (smoked salmon and leeks fondue). Side pancakes (homemade wheat), you will have the choice between the classical - caramel to salted butter - and special ones: from Serge Reggiani (pear and chocolate) to Henri Matisse, orange peels flambeed in Grand-Marnier, there is something for all tastes. But that is not all: who says Cave of the artists says artists! If many themed evenings are organized, let us also note the artistic vigils during which musicians, sculptors and painters come to expose their art! To discover!
