CHÂTEAU DE CROISSY
Château de Croissy, now home to Espace Chanorier, a place dedicated to art, leisure and social initiatives.
Château Chanorier, named after the commune's first mayor, was built in the mid-18th century for Paul Gautier de Beauvais, Lord of Croissy, on the site of the medieval château. Acquired by the commune in 1936, it housed an elementary school until 1991. Today, the premises are home to the Espace Chanorier, dedicated to art and social initiatives. It is divided into several entities in the château and the new building, including the library, the local history pavilion, the Grenouillère museum and the music school.
