THE HERMAND LAUNDROMAT'S WASH-HOUSE
Visit of the Hermanderie wash house, the only covered and closed wash house of the village, testimony of the daily life of the village.
Located along the main street, it is the only covered and closed wash house of the village. Once the focal point of the village, this witness to daily life was restored in 1990. Reserved for the inhabitants of the commune at the beginning of the 20th century, it was emptied and cleaned every Monday. It was the rural guard who was in charge of collecting the tax of 20 cents per day per user. Alongside the washhouse, a shed was used to store the hand pump of the volunteer firemen of the commune.
