Mamie Odette is the grandmother of Camille and Cécile, producers of artisanal pasta. Daughters of producers, they come from a family that has been working with wheat for 200 years on their farm in Flexanville. Their aim is to offer tasty pasta with good sauce retention, sold via their online boutique or in partner supermarkets. The two sisters manage their production "from seed to pasta" using traditional methods: a stone mill for their wheat and bronze pasta molds.
