A locavore restaurant on an enchanting, bucolic estate, with cuisine based on the estate's permaculture vegetable garden.

La Ruche is the gourmet restaurant on the magnificent, bucolic Les Bruyères estate. Chef Cybèle, originally from San Francisco, and her husband Franck offer locavore cuisine. Nothing is wasted, from carrot tops to beet skins and peelings, everything is sublimated so as not to waste anything. Their vegetables are grown in the estate's permaculture garden, and even the butter and bread are homemade. A country setting with tiled floors, a fireplace and country-style tables. You'll feel right at home.

Le cadre de ce lieu est absolument magnifique et la cuisine est à la hauteur de ce lieu toute en créativité et recherchée. Une succession d'explosions en bouche . le tout préparé avec des produits frais venant du potager local. Mention spéciale pour le sommelier qui vous propose des vins sortis des sentiers battus. Très belle adresse, menu de qualité à un prix très raisonnable et cheffe très sympathique.
En revanche il est préférable de commander du vin sinon vous êtes invisible aux yeux du patron, c'est un peu dommage !

Endroit idéal pour une escapade le temps d un week end. Prestations irréprochable en cuisine (produits frais) et en chambre.
