La Ruche is the gourmet restaurant on the magnificent, bucolic Les Bruyères estate. Chef Cybèle, originally from San Francisco, and her husband Franck offer locavore cuisine. Nothing is wasted, from carrot tops to beet skins and peelings, everything is sublimated so as not to waste anything. Their vegetables are grown in the estate's permaculture garden, and even the butter and bread are homemade. A country setting with tiled floors, a fireplace and country-style tables. You'll feel right at home.
