Launched in July 2013, the concept of Francky's is to say the least atypical. At the same time a restaurant, bar and barber (!), a canaille atmosphere reigns in this establishment, joyfully retro, with its brick walls, its bistro chairs and its bench seats in red moleskin. Vintage atmosphere guaranteed. But the decor is only a foretaste of what awaits you, because if you come to Francky's, it is mainly for its exceptional fresh and quality cuisine, completely homemade like the ravioles du Dauphiné and Parmesan cream, the egg casserole in brioche and foie gras, steak and homemade French fries, the larded monkfish or grilled half lobster. The chef does not rest on his laurels and perpetually looks for products to sublimate. He finds his inspiration on the stalls of the market and permanently improvises dishes, hence a continuously renewed board, which will dig through the great classic dishes while staying deliciously contemporary.

Ayant pris une entrecôte frites on m a apporté des frites limaces molles gorgées d’huile elles ont été certainement mise au départ dans l huile froide
après les avoir renvoyé on me les a rapportés j avais fini ma viande et mes amies avaient elles aussi fini leur plat

Et pour conclure au moment de l addition 3 verres de chardonnay au lieu de 2 la patronne pas aimable du tout et surtout pas commercial nous a dit pour ne pas perdre la face qu ils étaient bien remplis donc elle en avait compté 3
