Welcome to Gascony! Here you'll find the scent of Southwestern cuisine and a welcome change of scenery, just across from the pleasant Etang de la Minière. The service is welcoming and the atmosphere convivial: brasserie decor, comfortable banquettes and a lovely wooded terrace in fine weather. From the à la carte menu, choose a pan-fried fresh mushrooms with foie gras or a salad with gizzards and duck breast, followed by a duck parmentier or a whole roasted sea bass with rosemary. We conclude with a chestnut grove, or a "jolie Landaise": it's up to you!
