Located a stone's throw from the church in Houdan, Le Donjon - a reference to the village's eponymous tower - has been run since 2019 by chef Wilfreed Manassé Ameho. The cuisine here is respectful of local produce. Enjoy dishes with surprising combinations, such as the delicious duck breast with cherries. Several menus are available: 5-course, duo, trio, or express, to suit different customer expectations. A true culinary voyage that follows the chef's inspiration.
