Located a stone's throw from the church in Houdan, Le Donjon - a reference to the village's eponymous tower - has been run since 2019 by chef Wilfreed Manassé Ameho. The cuisine here is respectful of local produce. Enjoy dishes with surprising combinations, such as the delicious duck breast with cherries. Several menus are available: 5-course, duo, trio, or express, to suit different customer expectations. A true culinary voyage that follows the chef's inspiration. As for desserts, don't miss the "very" gourmet café!

Menu express le midi pour 25€ entrée plat dessert: rapport qualité prix ++++ excellent, la qualité des produits est remarquable … le service au top, nous avons passé un très bon moment .

Excellente table du début à la fin, gambas, huîtres, filet de bœuf, filet mignon et desserts soufflet Grand Marnier et ananas/ coco mousse de framboise (?).
Verre de Sancerre et de Saint Emilion 2017 excellents.
