Didier Viot is an expert who will advise you and suggest the perfect food/wine pairing. He'll take you on a journey with his selection of 450 wines, 150 varieties of whisky, 110 rums and 32 champagnes - including the famous Cristal Roederer. You'll also find local beers from the Vallée de Chevreuse, gourmet baskets by Valette and delicatessen products to accompany your bottles. We heartily recommend this highly reputed establishment, with its meticulous decor and the village spirit we so appreciate.
