La Torréfaction du Donjon is a Houdan institution housed in an old-fashioned store. Here, 20 different types of coffee beans are roasted on the premises: imported Belco, Asia, India, Brazil... Tea is also given pride of place, with iced tea, bubble tea, fruity infusions and great loose teas (Rooïbos, Dammann Frères, Terres d'Oc...). A delicatessen section stocks compatible organic capsules and artisanal products: chocolates, confectionery, honeys, cookies, jams... Seasonal products and accessories, tableware.
