With its old-fashioned boutique style, Torréfaction du Donjon is a Houdan institution. It roasts 20 types of coffee beans imported from Asia, India, Brazil and Belco. A wide range of teas are offered: iced tea, bubble tea, great loose teas (Rooïbos, Dammann Frères, Terres d'Oc...) and other fruity infusions. You can even stock up on compatible organic capsules and a range of artisanal delicatessen products: chocolates, confectionery, honeys, cookies... Seasonal products and accessories.

Coffee roasting: freshly roasted coffees from over twenty countries of origin, with every nuance of flavor and intensity.
Tea sales: Take a trip around the world with our wide range of teas and infusions. Around 150 references, in bulk, in bags, or in gift boxes.
Delicatessen: Large selection of artisanal products: cookies, cakes, chocolates, jams, honeys, candies and other delicacies. Savoury products: Spices and condiments, aperitif products, and much more
